Athletes will be assigned to different heats based on division level. Heat sheets will be available in the registration packet.

Co-Ability Staff 

Event volunteers and co-ability partners keep the event running smoothly. When athletes are not competing direct support professionals / parents should be available if their athlete needs assistance between events. 

​

Attire: 

Workout clothes and tennis shoes. 

Stretchy, fitted fabrics that wick away sweat are a great option.
